Zire PDA

HELP!  My FACS teacher just received word Tuesday she was awarded an
equipment grant, but she has to turn in the paperwork by this Friday!!!  
She's interested in purchasing the Zire PDA's.  She'd like them with a
wireless keyboard and photo capabilities.  Can someone supply me with a
vendor's name and info who can provide us a "personalized" invoice so that
everything is listed as one unit to meet the equipment requirements? 
Please feel free to include any suggestions if we should request other
extras.
