[Mo-facs] FCCLA Legislative Shadowing - Follow Up

FCCLA Legislative Shadowing participants:
   
  Just a reminder that the follow-up activities to educate or inform your chapter, school and/or community about the FCCLA Legislative Shadowing Project are due by April 25 to the state office.  (One item stated April 15 but another said April 25 so we will go with the later date).  Send any newspaper clippings and articles to the official you shadowed as well.  I will be traveling to Jefferson City later this month to finalize the project.
   
  I was in Jefferson City on April 1 for the Missouri ACTE Legislative Committee meeting and I checked on the items sent to DESE from the project.  Only a few (less than 20) had submitted a copy of the thank you letter to the official that was shadowed.  That was due by March 15!!!!  Please also send that documentation.  It is assumed that everyone sent a speedy thank you response to the official!!!
