[Mo-facs] presenter at MoEFACS

Thanks to all who responded with the information about the presenter at
MoEFACS, his name is Stephen Ball.

For thos who asked about what presentation he had, I was requesting one of
his presentations on the correct procedures on how to do various
exercises, but they are only available on video.  He is with the
University of Mo Extension, and like always the extension has some great
resources.  Thanks for everyones help.
