[Mo-facs] Fashion Design Help

I am a new FACS teacher at Central High in Springfield.  I would like some tips from those of you who have taught Fashion Design because I have found myself in a bit of a pinch for time.  The class has been put in a 50 min block that meets everyday with 30 students and 15 machines.  If anyone can offer some advice as to how to run labs with so little time or any alternative assignments to give to those students who will not be able to be in lab on certain days- it would be greatly appreciated!
