[Mo-facs] New STAR events

At summer conference, in the Integrating FCCLA  workshop, I was told that 3 new STAR events would be demo-ed at cluster.  Are these events going to be used this year in regional and state level competition?  If so , where could I find the guidelines and requirements?  I would appreciate any feedback.
