Many of your recipe websites will have nutrition breakdown at the bottom of the page. Such as www.tasteofhome.com .

Can anyone help?  I would like to make a mix and match cookbook--with calories and nutrients.  Choose one, two and three for breakfast, lunch or dinner to make a menu.  I'm not explaining very well.  But I need help with a cookbook rubric and web sites to help with nutrition information.  Any help is appreciated.  This will be a small class final project for nutrition.
