There are several programs out that will calculate the nutritional information in a recipe. One is put out by Sierra Home called Master Cook, there is also a web site titled Recipe Zar that will give you nutritional values for their reicipes. I would have the kids look up recipes on that site or i would have them create recipies in the master cook and let it calculate the nutritional information.

Can anyone help?  I would like to make a mix and match cookbook--with calories and nutrients.  Choose one, two and three for breakfast, lunch or dinner to make a menu.  I'm not explaining very well.  But I need help with a cookbook rubric and web sites to help with nutrition information.  Any help is appreciated.  This will be a small class final project for nutrition.
