Region 10 Advisors!
I have just confirmed with the Baptist Church they will let us use their 
facilities for STAR Events.  This is coming after much water damage due to 
the ice storm.  What wonderful people.

The pastor has just left my office and said the church would like to 
provide lunch for the students/adults so they would not have to leave the 
facility.  I told him that was way to much but he felt and I agree  we do 
not want students walking around town to find food.  I have set the price 
for lunch at $4.00 per student.  I am not sure what they will have (I have 
eaten their before and it has been great!) I would need to know how many 
would be coming that would eat lunch.  They of course could bring their 
lunch but NO students will be allowed to leave the facilities.  Advisors 
will be busy with judging and I know you will not want your students 
unsupervised.

They would need to bring $4.00 to pay upon registration.  This is a special 
thing they are doing and will help us all.

Let me know ASAP about your numbers for lunch.
