Please do not forget to bring your STAR Event Authorization forms that you 
download from the state website.  If you have subsitutions in any event, you 
need to bring a corrected typed entry form and a membership roster with the 
participants names for that event highlighted.

At the church, you will need to park behind the church and enter the church 
through the basement doors.  Trenton Middle School will again be doing the 
concession stand.  They will have breakfast, snack and lunch food for sale.  
Be sure to remind your students to bring money.

We will not hold a recognition session directly after STAR Events 
competition.  As the events are completed and processed, we will post the 
results in the basement of the church.  The final results will be posted the 
next day on the MoFACS list serve.  Students will receive their certificates 
and medals at the Region 2 Banquet as was done last year.  Plaques will also 
be presented to those going to state.  The Region 2 Banquet will be held 
Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. at the Chillicothe High School 
Performing Arts Center. If participants are not at the Region 2 Banquet, the 
awards will be given out at the Region 2 Meeting held at the State 
Leadership Conference.  If your school leaves the church before we have a 
chance to give your students their rating sheets, we will mail them to you 
so your students will have enough time to make changes to their projects.

We have a large number of students participating in STAR Events this year!  
Some events will still be going on till 3:15.
