[Mo-facs] Buffalo FACS teacher

Hi,

My name is Connie Hoffman.  I teach FACS in Trenton MO. Dylan Stacy was
one of my students. He transferred to your program before the end of our
year.  I have his awards from our FCCLA recognition night.  If it's not
to late I would like to send them to you so you could present them to
him at your recognition.  What is your school address?  Thanks for your
help.  He was a great student and chapter member.  He was a hard worker
on STAR events and all FCCLA programs.
