[Mo-facs] National STAR event expenses/by laws

Advisers,
Region 11 would like to know how other regions allocate funds to help  national STAR event contestants.  We are establishing a fund for profits made from STAR events and would like to know how other regions determine how much money each participant receives.  Do you use a formula, divide up the profits equally, etc.
