[Mo-facs] Food Science Institute

            I can wade in on this.  This is a tremendous help for anyone who
is looking to add Food Science (and it's been a few years since you had
chemistry).   The staff is very supportive and the resources you come away
with are excellent.   You also can network with other teachers who add so
much to the experience.  I felt so much more comfortable teaching Food
Science when I realized that I did have the background to do a good job, but
just needed some self-confidence and a little refresher.
