List members,
As of last week, there were still several slots available for the Kansas State Food Science Institute to be held June 3-8, 2007 on the K-State campus at Manhattan, KS. Below my message are details and information for registering. If you have an interest in implementing Food Science in your curriculum, I highly recommend this very quality professional development opportunity to assist you. The Institute is not held every year and it will likely be several years before it is offered again, so don't delay if you would like to attend!
