[Mo-facs] Mentoring/Protégé Payments

A clarification:  The payments referred to in the previous email are for mentors.  The protégés do not receive payment for the mentoring program.  However, the protégés must complete the evaluation in order for their mentor to be paid for the work they have done to help the protégé.  I am sorry for the confusion.
