[Mo-facs] Region 13 Planning meeting

Region 13 Advisors,
The Region 13 planning meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 7, 2007 at the Lake shelter house in the City park in Tipton, MO.  (If you need directions, please let me know.) The meeting will begin at 10:00 and conclude with a carry-in lunch.  Hamburgers  and drinks will be provided.  Please bring your favorite side dish/dessert.

This is a casual meeting.  Officers(State officer, President, Secretary, Treasurer, Community Service officer) need to be ready to give their reports.  The devotion leader and recreation leader will need to have something prepared. Each officer will also need to have three theme ideas for regional meeting and 3 speaker ideas. The dates for all regional activities will be set at this meeting.  Cluster meeting plans will also be discussed.

Advisors are asked to bring the school calendars for next year and  an a teaching idea for the new year.

I also want to announce that Faith Stonner is now the National Network member because of a resignation.
