[Mo-facs] entrepreneurship class

I would like to start an entrepreneurship class, thinking along the lines of embroidery, and  need information on how to set one up, what would be expected of students, course objectives, curriculum, types of charges, any forms that can be make life a little easy to get started, etc.  I would be  grateful for any information.
