Dear Fellow Teachers,
As a new duty of mine this year I have been appointed chair of our 
PDC committee.  I am asking for help if any of you have been in this 
position or have been a first or second year teacher and have 
accomplished these plans.  I need to gather samples of the mentoring 
program from your schools.  I also need samples of the Professional 
Development Plans that first and second year teachers are to complete 
in order to renew certification.  I have been to the DESE web site 
and have copied the samples.  My superintendent has asked for other 
schools plans from me.  Can you help?  If so please e-mail me and I 
would love to talk with you.
