Hello region 3, by this time everyone should have received the fall 
mailing.  The regional registration form was accidentally left out.  You 
may contact me for that information or you can access the regional web 
page, it will be under the forms section.  That web address is

teacher in Region 3 and have not received your fall mailing yet, please 
let me know and I will get that info out to you ASAP.
