[Mo-facs] grant ideas

OK list serve friends...I have a real thought provoking question for you today.  We have a teacher at our school who is an amazing grant writer.  She applied for and received this last year a grant to build a fitness center on our campus.  She approached me this last week with this question, "If you could have anything for your program that would help you teach about health/nutrition, and money was no object, what would you ask for?"  She is working on writing another grant for the end of this year.  As a second year teacher who is still trying to plan day-to-day, I'm not even sure where to begin with my "dreams".  If you have some suggestions, would you please let me know!
