The STAR Event Manual and 4 new STAR Events will be posted on-line on
Friday, September 21, 2007.

New Addition!! Please be advised that there will be a fourth new STAR
Event! The fourth new event will be a fashion design event for the
Junior category focused on recycling old garments for new purposes. This
will result in a slight delay of the on-line manual and new event
posting from September 15 to September 21. Please visit the Web site
September 21 and click on "Programs" then "STAR Events" to download the
on-line manual and four new STAR Events!
