[Mo-facs] FYI - State Dues Payee Form

Chapter advisors were inadvertently e-mailed a message from national
headquarters regarding "State Dues Payee Form."  

IGNORE THE MESSAGE.  It was supposed to only go to state advisors.

Missouri has not changed anything with the way we handle our
state/national/regional dues.
