[Technic] Font is always ALL CAPS

You might also check to see if there is a Sticky Key or something turned on
for the shift in the Accessibility Options of the Control Panel.  We have
had kids do similar things that take me forever to find and they turn out
fairly simple like that.

Although the example shown here is for OE, Word also has this option.  Would
appear that your little darling changed the case for Word on that machine.

I have a Windows XP machine (Office XP as well) that for some reason has
decided to only key in ALL CAPS (PowerPoint/Word/etc).  I'm sure one of my
little "darling" has probably set something, but I can't figure it out.  It
doesn't matter whether the Caps Lock Key is on or off!

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
