[Technic] SIS grades

Or you can create and HIST set and then you don't have to do the linking each year.  Semester grades are transferred to that set after the end of each semester.  In the on line help, there is a whole section that explains setting up the HIST file set.

Link history filesets.  I am not at school right now but you do this from
the grading pull out menu then select utilities and then link grade
history data and place a check mark by all filesets to link.
