Another option might be Clonezilla.  I haven't used it yet, but looks
interesting.

Anyone using G4U "Ghost For Unix" or MIDS ??? I finally got G4U working
and I'm 
trying it out as I type this...I couldn't get it to save a partition,
but no problem with 
saving a drive...I'm gonna need it for those new computers that will be
delivered today...

There's another cloning program called MIDS which is nothing more than
G4U with a 
menu...The site claims you can deploy an XP image in under two
minutes...There's a lot of 
info on the site but not enough info for me to get it to work...This
could be as easy as 
Ghost but if I could just get it to work... :-) Oh, did I mention it's
FREE ???
