[Technic] Slow Gateway Orders

Actually MORnet is a pretty good source of pencils, and pretty ones 
too.  Just go to the Technical Conference -- they usually have them 
sitting on tables.  Wait until the MOREnet guard turns their back and 
you can grab two.  Wait until the guards do a shift change, score one or 
two more.  And the next day...   If you're diligent you can recoup a 
significant amount of the conference fee.
