[Technic] Slow Gateway Orders

On the lighter side: Don't forget the fairs--great places to pick up 
pens & pencils, although they are getting a little stingy on them.  I 
never had to buy my son pencils or pens when he was in school.  So far 
I've not bought the library any pencils.  I've just bought my second 
bunch of pens in the seven years I've been in the library.  That's just 
picking up 3 pens or pencils at the booths.
