[Technic] Barracuda question

Good morning!

Have a question for those of you who are using a Barracuda box for spam filtering.  Do any of you have your boxes set up to forward all traffic to another email account?  According to the Barracuda website, all their spam appliances are supposed to have this "journaling" feature (have an account that can get copies of everything), but in my experience, I've never seen where to specify this, etc.

Anyone know anything on this?  Am I mis-reading what the journaling feature on these appliances actually does?
