Subject: [Technic] legality of Office Install at home

Question for those of you who understand licensing better than I.....

In the past I was always told that, if a workplace had Office installed
on a worker's computer, that worker could legally install that same
version of Office on their home computer, so long as it was only used
for work-related things at the person's home.

Is this still the case with Office licensing? Was it ever really true,
or just an urban legend somebody dreamed up to get Office installed at
home?

Thanks.

Andy
