[Technic] Toner/Ink Cartride recycle

Has anybody done research as to what companies offer the best returns on
recycling toner cartridges and ink cartridges.  Thinking of offering it
up to an organization to make it a fund-raiser and want to make sure
they get the best deal.  I have used greenschoolproject before but
didn't know if there is any better ones out there.  Thanks.
