[Technic] SIS FTP backup issues

Has anyone been having FTP backup problems? We are client hosted and
during our evening backups to the SIS FTP server we get "server not
available" error messages. When we contact SIS they say nothing is wrong
with the server and point the finger back at us. I believe the FTP server
is busy and unable to handle the upload. Just wondering if anyone else has
had this problem.
