[Technic] Barracuda and quarantine

We do a daily digest in the afternoon. If the barracuda has quarantined
mail waiting for them it will send a message to them once a day.
Otherwise it stays silent doing its job without annoying my users.

Subject: [Technic] Barracuda and quarantine

Good morning. We just recently purchased a Barracuda 300 Spam filter,
and I
was wondering what others with the same model are doing in regards to
quarantine of messages. From what I can tell, every time there's a
message
that goes into quarantine, the user is going to get an email saying
there's
a message, and they can choose to log in and see if it is something they

really need/want. My concern is that users are going to view that as
just
more spam - basically a message that they got spam, which isn't going to

reduce the amount of mail. At the same time, I hate to not use the
feature
if it is going to be helpful to our users.

Any input as to how others have used this would be greatly appreciated.
THanks.

Andy
