I used Appollo AD.  It was pretty cheap ($50)  couple of years ago.  I put the students in an excel file I exported from Powerschool then you set the paramenters and upload

I am in PSU.

Does anyone have a simple way to mass-create many, many users accounts in Server2003?  I have found information on the CSVDE.exe command-line tool, but that won't allow us to create the accounts with passwords.  We are considering either using CSVDE.exe and then hand-entering the passwords (about 1000 accounts) or if someone has something else they can suggest, I'd consider that.
