[Technic] Kinetic Email notice

Does anybody still have a copy of the email last week, I believe from 
Tim Curry, regarding us having to set user limits on our Kinetic email 
accounts.  If you still have it, I would appreciate it if you could 
forward me a copy.  I searched the archives and the Kinetic web site but 
can't find any info.  Thanks - Chuck
