I was  just looking at the content filter.  It was free to trial right now.  OSrry.  Still the pricing on the blacklist wasn't very much.

I checked into CN4 and was told it costs.  They told me it was based on the 
maximum number of computers online at any one time.  May I ask who your 
contact was to get it free?  I am very interested in the product.  We presently are using CN3.

  I just installed CensortNet 4.  It was very painless to setup and the
  improvements over 3 are quite dramatic.  It is free also.

  very pleased with it.  It's the SmartFilter-Bess edition.  One of the
