[Technic] Slow internet today?

I am at home today but on ATT and it seems slow from here. Especially connecting to web server at school.

I've heard two different reports from others that AT&T is having routing
issues.  Have not heard if it has or when it will be fixed, but it's
affecting a very large portion of the country.
