[Technic] Dell Sales Rep?

We use to a 100% Dell shop.  Good products and great service.  Not 
anymore, Complained twice to Lou's super about poor response to no 
avail.  Even complained to a Dell rep at the Morenet conf.  Dealing with 
CDW-G now and Eric Steffen.  His response is the best I have experience 
and HP and Lenovo products are so far so good.
