[Technic] Missing the Security Center Icon

I'm not sure right off-hand about the missing icon, but right-click on your network connection in the system try or go to Network Connections in the Control Panel, right-click, click on Properties, then click the Advanced tab.  Go into Firewall Settings there.

Need some help in locating my Security Center Icon which should be in
Control Panel? Looking for the "Firewall" icon.

OS is WIN XP PRO SP2

Need to disable the firewall to locate my new HP printer.
