I believe you have to change the gpo to tell them to go back to their original location (their computer) and then tell them to go to the new redirection path.

We redirect our users desktops and my documents to one of our servers, but the path has changed three times this year due to server volume..
The problem is, when workstation synchronizes, it still shows all three of the paths trying to sync. I've tried clearing the offline file cache and clearing the account folders on the local machine, but it still shows both of the old paths when syncing. As for the obvious, no, I don't have multiple GPs configured for the same thing. When I changed paths, I just changed the path in the original group policy.
Any ideas? It seem to slow down the sync process.
