[Technic] folder redirection--changing the path.

Apparently, you can force a change with csccmd.exe, but I haven't tried.
Someone mentioned turning offline files off with a GP, logging in and out,
and then turning it back on. I don't know if that will work, but I'm going
to try to do a test group to see if it works tomorrow.
