[TGE-mail] Two dogs loose on Shenandoah

Hi:  At about 9:15 AM I saw two dogs (either Rottweilers or Dobermans) 
running east very fast on the north sidewalk in the 3400 block of Shenandoah.  One 
was heavier and the other thinner.  Both had on collars but there was no person 
with them. Please spread the word.  Jeannette Ward
