Report street lights to the City's Citizen Service Bureau at 622-4800
or online at stlouis.missouri.org.  Report alley lights to Ameren.

Hi there, 
  
  At around 9:30 Friday night, in the alley between 2900's Virginia and
 Compton, a couch leaning on a dumpster caught/was set on fire.
  
   It is strange because nothing seemed wrong when I pulled into my 
garage at 9:15, nor when I let the dog out around 9:25...then I came 
out to get the dog at 9:30 and there was a huge fire. 
  
  If you saw anything/anyone suspicious, please let me and the police
know...
  
  ALSO... there are lights out in that same alley and lights along
2900's  Compton that flicker and go out, sometimes leaveing the entire
middle  portion of Compton in total darkness...who is it we contact to
have  them repaired?
