Hello everyone,  I found a tan male dog (about 40 pounds) with black muzzle and a leather collar with no tags at Sidney and Nebraska last night.  He looks very similar to the dog "Roxy" whose owner has put up posters around the neighborhood, but it turns out not to be that dog.  The dog is very friendly, well behaved, housebroken, clean, and well cared for.  I take that to mean that he is someone's pet and he just got loose.  I am going to walk around the neighborhood with him today and knock on people's doors, but if anyone hears anything or is missing their dog please let me know immediately.
