In this issue - Holiday Hours, Dining Out for Life, Menu Changes, Catering, Gift Certificates.
   
  We will be closed Thanksgiving Day.  We will reopen Friday,11/24 for lunch and dinner resuming normal hours of operation.
   
  We will be closed December 25 and 26.  We will reopen Wednesday 12/27 for dinner and resume normal hours for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
   
  Again this year we are participating in Dinning Out For Life on Tuesday, 11/28.  We will be participating for both Lunch and Dinner that day.  We are anticipating a great response that day, so reservations are recommended.  
   
    As we move toward the holiday season and into colder temperatures we are changing some items on our menu and reworking others.  

   
  Pasta of the Day - Hand made pasta that will change regularly.  Ask your server for details
   
  Four new additions for the wine list: 
    
   Petaluma 2004 Riesling, This south Autralian riesling is bone dry.  While the nose is minerally the pallet is slightly lemon, mineral and just a hint of apple on the finish.    
   Flora Springs Chardonnay from the Napa Region 2002 -wonderful Chardonnay with rich tropics fruit, slight oak and a nice butter finish.  
     Layer Cake Shiraz 2005 from Barossa Valley in southern Australia - just as the name suggests this has multiple layers of flavor, mocha, chocolate and cherry with a french oak finish.
  
     Martin Ray Cabernet 2002, Napa a great Napa style wine, fruit forward dark cherry cabernet with blended tannin and mild French oak finish. 

  Joel Gott oversold his Cabernet so we will be out of stock until the spring we are bringing in the Martin Ray as a replacement.
