This will be the 6 th time Tom Ampman will be in court for his vacant,  
derelict properties and the citations on these specific properties.
Although some of the buildings have been sold there are others still on the  
docket.
Also concern as to who is the person or organization buying the  properties.
Other Ampman buildings have become vacant since the beginning of this  series 
of court appearances.
