[TGE-mail] Reminder: Neighborhood meeting this Thursday night - 7:30pm @ St. Elizabeth's

Friends & Neighbors,

Our October meeting will be held this Thursday at 7:30pm at St.
Elizabeth's.  

Up first on the agenda will be our annual TGENA elections.
President-elect candidate:  Mike Brown;  Secretary candidate:  Austin
Roberds.  Mike is a real estate agent who lives on Halliday, Austin is
an Edward Jones representative, and lives on the 2900 block of Magnolia.
Brian Peura will stay on as Treasurer, and Patrick Moore will be
starting his term as President of TGENA.  
 
We are also looking forward to a presentation by Steve Anrod, developer
of a proposed project for the vacant property in the 3500 block of
Halliday/Juniata (the Commerce Bank back lot).  

Representatives from the police will be on hand to answer
security/safety questions and we hope to have a good showing of Aldermen
& NSOs.  

Our meetings are held at 7:30pm at St. Elizabeth's, 3401 Arsenal @
Louisiana.  Park & enter through the courtyard on Louisiana and follow
the signs to the cafeteria.
