we found a dog this morning while walking our dogs.  the dog is an all black 
unfixed male, about 50 lbs., looks like part german shepherd and maybe lab.  
he is young, probably under one year, but very friendly and nice.  he has a 
blue collar but no tags.
we found him in the 3500 block of pestalozzi and took him for a walk to try 
to find his owner--no luck.
