[TGE-mail] clean-cut panhandler?

Hello all. Around 7:15 this morning I was sitting on my side  porch when a 
youngish white man in a red tee shirt, grayish short pants and a  baseball cap 
called to me from the front gate. Did I know where Farming ton was?  (Ring a 
bell with anyone?). His car had broken down and he needed $10 to get  back to 
Farmington....
 
I asked where his car was, and he said down at Grand and  Russell, I think. 
Sure it was.
 
Just thought you all might want to keep your eyes open,  especially if this 
guy approaches you on the street. He's medium height  with dark blond hair and 
(I think) glasses. About 30-35 years old, I would  estimate.
