[TGE-mail] smashed car windows

We've had several smashed car windows in the 34XX block of Humphrey this
past week. Nothing appears to have been stolen so it is not clear if
they are looking to steal items or just vandalizing. One incident was
mid-afternoon and others have been at night. 

So keep your eyes open and if something does happen, please report it so
the police will be alert to the issue.
