This is to inform individuals to be careful when using JJS Flooring on Gravois. We have used them on a few occasions, most recently their work has suffered. We had an install where the installer cut holes in the carpet without calling to verify holes were to be cut. When we requested they repair their mistake, they took 3 weeks to repair and then attempted to charge an additional $70 for a trip charge. When confronted about the extra charge for their mistake, the owner of JJS Flooring, Dennis Collins, threatened to take us to court for $70 when we only paid the $300 invoice. This is our experience, you may call anytime for references.
