The Grand South Grand House Tour is scheduled for April 22nd and 23rd.

  We are seeking homes in our neighborhood to showcase the joy of city living.  If you feel your home is ready for tour, please let us know and we would love to talk with you.

We will also be in need of enthusiastic volunteers to help staff the TGE houses on tour.  We plan to have 3 to 5 excellent homes on tour this year and each will need volunteers to staff three-hour shifts.

The shifts are 11am to 2pm and 2pm to 5pm on Saturday and 11am to 2pm and 2pm to 5pm on Sunday.

Duties are simple, just be there to greet tour-goers, answer questions and provide a gentle level of security of the homes.

Anyone volunteer for a three hour shift will receive a complimentary ticket to take the tour.

If you would like to have your home on tour or volunteer, please contact us.
